For all of those Brokers / Agents out there consider this as an innovative listing program that will put you in a unique marketing position. As the listing broker, you may offer to pay for a pre-listing inspection. This will show to your client that you are doing all you can to ready their home for marketing. The advantage to you as the listing broker is that you can advertise your listings as; ready with an inspection. This will increase your listing base, attract more buyers, close deals faster, and most importantly, you will have a greater chance of not losing a deal due to major inspection issues.
A key element to this program is to promote the Review Inspection. Where American Home Services will come back to review its own previously inspected homes with the buyer, at the buyers expense. This is an abridged inspection to review the previous inspection, and verifies issues that may or may not have been addressed.
