- Over 25 years experience in cabinet making, construction, and home remodeling.
- Completed a comprehensive Home Inspection course by the state of Illinois.
- Licensed by the State of Illinois – Home Inspector License #450.003418
- I am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) www.nachi.org/
- All NACHI inspectors must meet rigorous requirements set by this organization to attain certification and participate in a continuing education program to maintain that certification. www.nachi.org/rigorous2006.htm
- I have passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.
- I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.
- I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.
- I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.
